Proficient C++ 11/14 development skills using the standard library, OOP techniques, template metaprogramming, policy-based design, unit testing
Deep insight in OO programming in C++
Experience with Linux platforms
Write and debug complex multithreaded systems
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python/Perl
Very good problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work under pressure and devise practical solutions
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Excellent communicational skills and able to work with traders, desk strategists and risk departments
