Job description :
We are seeking a highly motivated software intern to join our backend engineering team at our early stage startup in India. As a software intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be responsible for designing, developing, and testing backend software solutions. You will also collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend software solutions
Write clean, well-documented code that is easy to maintain and test
Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science or a related field
Strong understanding of computer science concepts and software engineering principles
Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Node, Typescript, C++, etc.)
Familiarity with database systems and SQL
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
